Renowned for its innovative world-building, it engages audiences by transporting them through new dimensions, crafting moments of meaningful exchange.We’re looking for a full-time EA and Office Manager to bring structure, calm and momentum to our Surry Hills studio-supporting our Founder/MD, keeping the office moving beautifully, and helping the wider team do their best work.THE ROLE: EA AND OFFICE MANAGERThis is a pivotal role for a proactive, highly organised operator who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll manage diary and travel coordination, expenses, office operations, supplier relationships, IT and onboarding support, internal events, inventory systems, insurance renewals and the everyday details that keep a high-performing studio running smoothly.ABOUT YOU:Experienced in PA/EA, office management or a comparable coordination role, ideally within a creative or fast-moving environmentExceptionally organised, detail-led and able to prioritise confidently across competing needsA clear, personable, professional communicator who builds strong relationships with teams, suppliers and stakeholdersConfident with technology, with strong capability for managing expenses, reporting and administrationProactive, adaptable and calm under pressure — someone who sees what needs doing and makes it happen quicklyComfortable coordinating travel, events, IT support, onboarding and day-to-day office requirementsBrings the good vibes and encouragement to the office daily, supporting the wider team with a smile and positivitySydney-based and available to work from our Surry Hills studio five days per weekCurrent working rights in Australia and a valid driver’s licenceBENEFITS:Access to training and development opportunitiesTeam retreats and curated cultural experiencesA creative and dynamic team delivering work for leading global brandsIf this sounds like you (or someone you rate highly), please get in touch and we will share more details.
