Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Executive Assistant to the CCO provides high-level administrative support to the CCO in a well-organized and timely manner. They serve as the primary liaison between the CCO, company staff, and external stakeholders, managing information flow and safeguarding confidentiality.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the CCO’s calendar, arrange meetings, travel, hotel bookings, and speaking engagements; ensure no conflicts and that the CCO is where they need to be at the right time.Draft, format, and format information for internal and external distribution, including emails, memos, reports, and presentations; screen and route phone calls and correspondence.Devise and maintain an office filing system for the CCO; prepare reports as required.Provide personal secretarial services, coordinate with staff, maintain personal property, and handle personal errands; may accompany the CCO to company-related events.Oversee office organization and housekeeping, coordinate with clerical staff, and act as the communication liaison to ensure smooth information flow from the CCO to employees and clients.Schedule travel, arrange itineraries, manage related documents, and run errands or handle banking tasks as needed.Perform other duties assigned by the CCO, including lease management, client correspondence, and ensuring alignment with company policies and priorities.Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to support the organization’s Mission, Vision, Objectives, Strategies and Core Values.QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.Background: We welcome and encourage applications from individuals of all religious backgrounds.Key Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.Experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and executive correspondence.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
