Corporate Counselling Services (CCS) is expanding our professional network and is looking forexperienced EAP Counsellors to provide psychological support to employees and their families inVejle, Kolding and Billund.This is a flexible freelance opportunity, allowing you to work according to your availability whilebecoming part of an experienced international clinical network.About the RoleAs an EAP Counsellor, you will use your professional expertise to:• Conduct psychological assessments• Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling• Develop individualized support plans• Support clients with personal and work-related challenges• Refer clients to specialist services when appropriate• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation• Collaborate with the CCS clinical team when neededSessions may be delivered face-to-face and/or online.What We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field• Experience providing psychological counselling and/or psychotherapy• Professional working proficiency in Danish• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and proactively• Comfortable using digital platforms for documentation and case management• A professional and client-centred approachWhy Join CCS?• Flexible freelance collaboration• Become part of an international EAP network• Work alongside an experienced clinical team• Make a meaningful difference in people’s mental wellbeing• Adapt your workload to your own availabilityWe are particularly looking for counsellors who are based in or able to provide face-to-facesessions in Vejle, Kolding and Billund.
