You will observe children's progress, adapt learning activities to meet individual developmental needs, and create inclusive classroom experiences that promote confidence, independence, and collaboration.Key responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, organizing classroom activities, facilitating play-based learning, supporting daily routines, monitoring children's well-being, and maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment. You will encourage positive behavior, promote social interaction, and help children develop emotional regulation, communication, and self-care skills through engaging educational experiences.The role also involves observing and documenting children's developmental progress, maintaining accurate records, communicating regularly with parents or guardians, and collaborating with colleagues to support children's learning outcomes. You will participate in curriculum planning, classroom assessments, special events, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with educational standards, child protection policies, and health and safety requirements.You will work closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals to provide individualized support when appropriate and contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally respectful learning environment.
