Early Childhood Educator

Role Description The Early Childhood Educator will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities for young children in an on-site setting in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This contract role involves planning daily lessons, facilitating play-based learning, and supporting children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. The educator will observe and document children’s progress, maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and adapt teaching methods to individual needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with myself, communicating regularly with families or guardians, preparing materials and learning spaces, and following Eduking’s policies and local regulations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Candidates should possess knowledge of Early Childhood Development, including understanding developmental milestones, child-centered learning approaches, and age-appropriate pedagogy.Candidates should possess Creativity Skills and the ability to design engaging, play-based lessons and activities that inspire curiosity and exploration.Candidates should possess experience Working With Children in early childhood settings, including classroom management and fostering a safe, inclusive environment.Candidates should possess Organization Skills, including effective time management, lesson planning, record-keeping, and preparation of classroom materials.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field are highly beneficial.Experience in multicultural or international school environments, and familiarity with UAE education standards, is an advantage.Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding and child protection, along with the ability to follow health and safety guidelines, is required.
