This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, supporting children’s learning, and monitoring their progress. The educator will create a safe, inclusive classroom environment, manage daily routines, and maintain positive communication with families and colleagues. QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Candidates should possess knowledge of Early Childhood Development and experience Working With Children in group care or educational settings.Candidates should possess Creativity Skills to design engaging, play-based learning activities and adapt materials to different developmental stages.Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage classroom routines, maintain records, and ensure a well-prepared learning environment.Relevant certification or diploma in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.Understanding of child safeguarding and health and safety practices in childcare settings is beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and openness to ongoing professional development are advantageous.
