The team collaborates closely with parents to support each child’s individual development and well-being.Role Description The Early Childhood Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Responsibilities include creating engaging lesson plans, organizing play-based learning experiences, and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment. The teacher will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and daily routines. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Primrose British Nursery in Abu Dhabi.Qualifications Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Child Development.Demonstrated experience in Teaching and Working With Children in early years settings.Ability to design and implement effective Curriculum Development for preschool-age learners.Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and colleagues.Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.Previous experience in a nursery or early childhood setting in the UAE or similar context is an advantage.Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial
