Early Childhood Teacher - FS (Immediate)

We are inviting applications from highly qualified professionals and experienced Early Childhood Teachers for our upcoming purpose-built nursery in the UAE having proven expertise in delivering the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.Important: Only candidates who meet all the criteria below should apply. Applications from individuals without the required qualifications, experience, or EYFS exposure will not be considered.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.Professional certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Level 3 Vocational Qualification) is highly preferred.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an early childhood education setting, with demonstrable EYFS curriculum expertise.Proven track record of planning and delivering high-quality lessons for young learners.Required Skills & Professional CompetenciesDeep understanding of child development principles and evidence-based teaching strategies.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and continuous professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, evidence-based learning experiences strictly aligned with EYFS standards.Plan, implement, and assess individualized learning programs that foster communication, language, literacy, numeracy, and inquiry skills.Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that meets the highest professional standards.Observe, document, and communicate each child’s progress to parents and management with clarity and professionalism.Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a cohesive and holistic educational approach.Deputise for the Nursery Manager when required, demonstrating leadership, judgment, and initiative.Ensure strict adherence to UAE regulations, licensing requirements, and internal nursery policies.Application NoteWe will only review applications from candidates who can provide verifiable evidence of:Formal qualifications in Early Childhood Education.EYFS teaching experience.A minimum of 2 years of successful early childhood teaching.
