The team is preparing to welcome its first families and create a nurturing environment for young learners in Dubai.Role Description We are looking for an attentive, proactive, and professional educator who loves working with early and preschool children, knows how to create a safe and friendly atmosphere, and shares a respectful approach to childhood. The educator will participate in preparing the center for opening and accompany children during the adaptation period.QualificationsSpecialized higher education, a bachelor's degree in early development, preschool education, pedagogy, or a related pedagogical field.Or a recognized qualification in the field of Early Childhood, for example, Level 3, in accordance with KHDA requirements.Relevant experience working in an early development institution, nursery, ECC, or international educational environment is desirable.Understanding of EYFS principles.High level of English - fluent, competent, and clear oral and written speech.Emotional stability, responsibility, attentiveness, and accuracy in working with documents.Ability to work in a team and maintain respectful, professional communication.ResponsibilitiesOrganization of daily life and the educational process in a group of children from 1.5 to 5 years old in accordance with EYFS principles and the center's internal program.Ensuring balanced coverage of the seven areas of learning and development of EYFS in the daily and weekly work of the group.Organization of free play, group activities, individual work, walks, routine moments, and transitions between activities.Strict adherence to internal rules, work standards, scripts, and approved instructions of the center.Creation of a safe, friendly, and developmental environment that supports independence, initiative, and curiosity of children.Preparation and regular updating of play and educational zones in accordance with current themes, interests, and needs of children.Supporting children during the adaptation period, forming trusting relationships, and ensuring an emotionally comfortable transition to the center.Conducting baseline observation and regular assessment of children's progress in accordance with the EYFS approach.Maintaining Learning Journals, observations, records of development, photographic materials, and other necessary pedagogical documentation.Identifying next steps in the child's development and using the results of observations in further planning.Participation in the preparation of Progress Check at Age Two, individual plans, and final reports on children's development within their area of responsibility.Timely identification of possible difficulties in the development, learning, behavior, or communication of the child.Interaction with a psychologist, Inclusion Coordinator, and manager regarding additional support for children.Participation in the development and implementation of individual support plans, IAAP or IEP, if necessary.Adaptation of activities, environment, materials, and methods of communication, taking into account individual characteristics and additional needs of children.Organization of routine moments: meeting and handing over children, mealtimes, hygiene procedures, walks, preparation for sleep, and waking up.Providing children with the necessary assistance in maintaining personal hygiene and forming self-care skills, including hand washing, using the toilet, changing clothes, and other daily hygiene procedures, together with an assistant and in accordance with the age and individual needs of the child.Forming positive behavior through respectful communication, clear boundaries, consistent rules, and support for emotional self-regulation.Prevention of shouting, humiliation, punishment, and other unacceptable methods of interaction with children.Daily communication with parents and providing correct feedback on the child's well-being, adaptation, participation, and development.Conducting individual meetings with parents and participation in Parent Meetings.Interaction with Arabic language teachers, psychologist, Inclusion Coordinator, nurse, administration, and other center staff.Participation in team meetings, pedagogical planning, internal training, supervisions, and professional development.Participation in the preparation and conduct of holidays, thematic weeks, projects, excursions, open classes, and events for families.Immediate informing of the nurse and responsible employees about signs of illness, injuries, allergic reactions, or changes in the child's condition.Compliance with the requirements of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, wellbeing, positive behavior, and confidentiality.Registration and timely transmission of information about any incidents, injuries, risks, or suspicions related to the child's safety.Maintaining order in the educational environment together with assistants and ensuring the correct storage of materials and equipment.Participation in preparing the center for opening: organization of group space, placement and labeling of materials, preparation of play and educational zones.Schedule and Work ConditionsStart date: to be determined.Before opening, internships, onboarding, internal training, and participation in preparing the center for the start of work are provided.Work in a modern space with professional support and internal training.Terms of cooperation and salary are discussed individually based on the interview results.
