Full time, office-based role in BONDI BEACH (yes you read that right!)! Join our small team of 25 passionate individuals developing clean beauty products for our loyal fan base all over the world. This role has wonderful career potential to those who can prove themselves! Our direct-to-consumer channel has grown fast and is now a major part of the business. We're building out the ecommerce team to drive the next phase of growth: owning the customer relationship, lifting retention and order value, and making sure Ere Perez is the brand people find, wherever they search.THE ROLE:This is a hands-on role across the whole ecommerce engine: SEO and AI-driven search, site merchandising and content, CRM, performance marketing and data. You'll report to the Head of Ecommerce and work closely with our CRM, paid media, creative and web teams.You'll get real responsibility from day one, with close guidance and support. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a growing D2C beauty brand actually makes money online.WHAT YOU'LL DO:SEO &AI discoverability (GEO / AEO)

• Lead our AI search visibility project day to day, under close guidance from the Head of Ecommerce. The goal is to get Ere Perez recommended when people ask ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and others about clean makeup and skincare
• Drive SEO improvements across product, collection and content pages
• Coordinate structured data, product data quality, on-site content and FAQ improvements with our web agency and SEO partners
• Track how and where the brand appears in search and AI answers, and report on progressSite merchandising, content & blog
• Keep the Shopify storefront fresh, accurate and on-brand: product pages, collections, banners, bundles, gift-with-purchase and promotional set-up
• Own the Ere Perez blog: plan, write and publish educational articles (routines, ingredients, skin concerns) that build search and AI visibility, and give us useful content to link to from product pages, emails and ads
• Help roll out new launches and sale events on siteRetention, CRM & automations
• Support the build and optimisation of Klaviyo email and SMS flows (welcome, replenishment, routine-building, win-back) and campaign sends
• Help set up segmentation and automations that drive repeat purchase and customer lifetime valuePerformance marketing support
• Be a right hand to our paid media lead across Google Ads and Meta: day-to-day account housekeeping, campaign set-up support, and keeping on top of the detail
• Explore and test AI and automation tools across our ad accounts to save time and improve results
• Keep weekly performance tracking up to date (ROAS, MER, CAC) and flag what's working and what isn't
• Learn the fundamentals of budget and bid management with a clear path to take on more over timeData & measurement
• Own regular reporting on conversion rate, AOV and sessions, plus SEO and AI visibility metrics
• Help improve tracking accuracy so we're making decisions on clean, reliable data
• Turn numbers into clear, practical recommendationsWeb development coordination
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for our web development agency: briefing tasks, managing the backlog, testing and QA-ing releases, and keeping projects on trackWHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• 1–3 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a similar role (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on experience with at least some of the following: Shopify, Google Ads, SEO, performance marketing
• Comfort with numbers. You like spreadsheets, can read a dashboard and want to know why a metric moved
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing the way people discover and shop for products
• Strong organisation. You can juggle multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
• Strong writing skills (blog or web content experience a plus) and an eye for detailNICE TO HAVE:
• Klaviyo experience (flows, segmentation, campaigns)
• Meta Ads Manager experience
• GA4 or Shopify analytics
• Basic HTML/Liquid, or familiarity with schema/structured data
