Lead Flutter Developer – EcommerceExperience: 10-15 Years

Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Flutter Developer to drive the development of high-scale Ecommerce mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter, mobile architecture, and customer-facing commerce journeys including product discovery, cart, checkout, payments, order tracking, loyalty, and customer engagement features.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and delivery of Flutter-based Ecommerce mobile applications.Architect scalable and high-performance solutions for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.Build and enhance features such as product catalogue, search, wishlist, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, loyalty, and order tracking.Collaborate with Product, UX, OMS, CRM, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.Integrate payment gateways, analytics platforms, marketing tools, and third-party Ecommerce services.Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability during peak traffic and sale events.Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.Drive CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and production monitoring.Required Skills10-15 years of software development experience with 5+ years in Flutter.Strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, Android (Kotlin/Java), and iOS (Swift).Experience building consumer-facing Ecommerce or Retail mobile applications.Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, Bloc, Riverpod, and Provider.Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Firebase, payment gateway integrations, push notifications, analytics, and deep linking.Experience with mobile performance optimization, security, and scalability.Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.Preferred SkillsExperience with Ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or custom commerce ecosystems.Understanding of OMS, inventory visibility, promotions, loyalty programs, and marketplace integrations.Experience with Firebase, AWS, Azure, or GCP.Exposure to App Performance Monitoring, Crashlytics, and customer analytics tools.What Success Looks LikeDeliver highly performant mobile shopping experiences.Drive mobile conversion, engagement, and customer retention.Build scalable applications capable of handling high transaction volumes during campaigns, launches, and peak sale periods.Lead and mentor a high-performing mobile engineering team.Preferred Industry Experience: Ecommerce, Retail, Marketplace, D2C, Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Grocery, or Omnichannel Commerce.
