We create fine fragrance and a complete perfumed collection spanning fragrance, bodycare and candles, crafted in Grasse, France and rooted in Ireland.Our mission is to create fragrance and experiences rooted in science, soul and story — inviting people to reconnect with themselves through scent.We are looking for an Ecommerce, Growth & Retention Manager to own the commercial performance of our online business across acquisition, conversion and retention.This is a hands-on commercial role with direct responsibility for online revenue, customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.You will report directly to the Founder & CEO.What we are looking forStrong ecommerce or DTC experience, with responsibility for revenue, growth or retentionHands-on Klaviyo experience across flows, campaigns, lifecycle strategy and segmentationStrong Shopify capability and a clear understanding of ecommerce performanceWorking knowledge of paid advertising across Meta and GoogleExperience managing external agencies and holding them accountable for commercial resultsStrong understanding of ecommerce UX and conversionGood knowledge of SEO, organic search and digital discoveryExperience with Pinterest as a commercial discovery channel is advantageousCommercial confidence across CAC, LTV, conversion, contribution margin and channel economicsStrong analytical, measurement and forecasting capabilityComfortable setting targets, reviewing performance and acting on the dataHands-on in execution, while able to brief and manage external partners where requiredExperience growing subscription and loyalty programmes is desirable, as is experience within beauty, fragrance, luxury or premium consumer goods.What you will ownEcommerce growth & tradingOwn the ecommerce growth plan and performance against agreed revenue targetsForecast weekly and monthly performanceMonitor conversion, average order value and other key commercial measuresOwn the trading and promotional calendarRecommend action where performance differs from planBalance revenue growth with margin, customer value and long-term brand positioningRetention & CRMOwn Klaviyo across flows, campaigns, segmentation and lifecycle strategyGrow repeat purchase, purchase frequency, retention revenue and customer lifetime valueDevelop subscription, loyalty and refill as commercial retention channelsBuild and run structured testing across retention activityAcquisition & organic growthSet paid media strategy, budgets and performance expectations across Meta, Google and other relevant channelsManage our external paid media agency and hold it accountable for commercial performanceOwn customer acquisition cost and assess performance against lifetime value and contribution marginOwn organic search growth, including SEO strategy and search visibilityDevelop Pinterest as a commercial discovery and acquisition channelIdentify opportunities across partnerships, co-marketing and other relevant acquisition channelsOwn email list growth and the quality of contacts acquiredMeasurement & reportingOwn ecommerce measurement, attribution and tracking integrityMaintain a clear performance dashboard across acquisition, conversion and retentionReport against agreed KPIs, forecasts and growth targetsBring clear commercial analysis and recommendations to the Founder & CEOWhat success looks likeSuccess in this role will be measured through:Ecommerce revenue growthConversion rateAverage order valueRepeat purchase rateCustomer lifetime valueRetention revenueCustomer acquisition costContribution marginPaid and organic acquisition performanceSubscription, loyalty and refill performancePerformance against forecast and agreed targetsHow we workOur values shape how we make decisions and how we expect the team to operate.Integrity Over UrgencyWe make considered decisions, communicate clearly and protect long-term brand value rather than chase short-term gain.Emotion Before ExplanationWe protect the emotional connection to STORIES at every customer touchpoint.Freedom With ResponsibilityWe give people ownership and expect sound judgement, accountability and thoughtful decision-making in return.Build for the Long TermWe focus on sustainable growth, stronger customer relationships and decisions that strengthen the business over time.Job Benefits30 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory holidaysAn additional day off for your birthdayYour Collection: £500 of STORIES Parfums product each year, at retail value, to build your own collection.
