Paid media strategy and budgets across Meta and Google, delivered through our external agency, which you brief and hold to account. Organic search and Pinterest as discovery channels. Email list growth and the quality of the contacts acquired.Conversion. Shopify trading, average order value and the online experience. Finding the friction, prioritising the fix and briefing external development support where needed.Measurement. Attribution, tracking integrity and a performance dashboard that tells the truth. What you needAt least five years in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer, including two with direct responsibility for revenue.Hands-on Klaviyo ownership, with evidence of repeat revenue you have improved.Fluent in CAC, LTV, conversion, contribution margin and channel economics — able to defend a decision with the numbers behind it.Working knowledge of Shopify and of paid media across Meta and Google, including managing an agency to a commercial standard.Experience in beauty, fragrance or premium consumer goods is an advantage, as is subscription or loyalty growth. We are looking for someone settled and professional who can hold a plan, run their own diary and bring recommendations to the CEO already thought through. What we offer30 days annual leave inclusive of statutory holidays, an additional day for your birthday, workplace pension, employee discount, and a 35-hour week with flexibility around start and finish times where practical.
