eCommerce Manager - Coral Gables, FL - $100,000We're partnering with an established and growing consumer products business seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to take ownership of its Amazon marketplace performance.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on combining commercial strategy with hands-on marketplace execution.You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and ensuring the day-to-day success of the Amazon channel while working across marketing, inventory, operations, and external partners.What You'll DoOwn the performance of the Amazon business (sales, profitability, and growth initiatives).Manage Seller Central operations, product listings, catalogue optimisation, A+ Content, and SEO.Develop and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).Oversee inventory planning, FBA/FBM operations, forecasting, and product availability.Monitor account health, policy compliance, customer feedback, and marketplace performance.Analyse data to identify opportunities for improving conversion, margins, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver strong commercial outcomes.What We're Looking ForStrong hands-on Amazon marketplace experience.Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM, catalogue management, SEO, and PPC.Experience managing commercial performance with a focus on sales growth and profitability.Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills.Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua, or similar platforms is an advantage.Background in manufacturing, consumer products, or branded goods is preferred.What's in it for youUp to $100,000 salary based on experience401k with matchComprehensive InsurancesPTO & Federal Holidays
