E-COMMERCE MANAGER📍Location: Lagos💰 Salary: ₦500,000 Monthly💼 Experience: 3–5 YearsWe are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager with strong generalist e-commerce experience to manage and grow our online sales operationsKey Responsibilities:* Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and revenue.* Manage e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, product listings, pricing, and promotions.* Drive digital marketing, SEO, online advertising, and customer acquisition.* Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behaviour.* Oversee online merchandising, inventory availability, order fulfilment, and customer experience.* Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.* Work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, IT, and other teams.* Manage and develop the e-commerce team.Requirements:* HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, IT, or a related field.* 3–5 years of hands-on, generalist e-commerce experience.* Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.* Experience with online merchandising, inventory, sales analytics, and customer experience.* Strong commercial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
