E-Commerce ManagerLocation: Obour City, CairoEmployment Type: Full-TimeFashion brand is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage our online store and oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations.Key Responsibilities- Manage and update the Shopify store.- Upload and maintain accurate product information, descriptions, prices, images, sizes, colors, and SKUs.- Monitor and process daily orders and verify customer/order data.- Follow up with shipping companies and track orders until successful delivery.- Handle delayed, cancelled, returned, or rejected orders.- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams.- Monitor inventory and ensure products are correctly displayed and available online.- Prepare basic e-commerce reports and monitor operational performance.Requirements- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion/retail.- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify.- Experience dealing with shipping companies and order fulfillment.- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.- Good command of English.If you are organized, hands-on, and able to take full ownership of e-commerce operations, we’d love to hear from you.
