JOB DESCRIPTIONE-commerce ManagerLocation | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Sector: luxury goodsRole Overview:The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of our client's online business.Own the e-commerce business end-to-end, including strategy, revenue, profitability, growth, and overall commercial performance.Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy in line with the business's long-term growth ambitions, including budgets, forecasts, business plans, and growth initiatives.Drive customer growth and loyalty through acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and increasing customer lifetime value.Lead the website and digital experience, ensuring the site reflects our client's luxury positioning through premium design, content, navigation, and functionality.Continuously optimize the customer journey by improving UX, website speed, search, mobile experience, engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.Combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, using commercial insight, digital expertise, analytics, and an entrepreneurial mindset to make our client's website a benchmark in luxury fragrance e-commerce.Requirements:5+ years’ e-commerce leadership experience, ideally in luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or premium brands.Proven track record of driving strong online revenue and commercial growth.Deep digital expertise across website, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, analytics, CRO, and customer experience.Strong stakeholder and partner management, including agencies, tech partners, and cross-functional teams.Shopify / Shopify Plus expertise strongly preferred; mobile app experience is a plus.Fluent in English & Arabic.Riyadh-based or willing to relocate at own cost.
