E-Commerce Manager – US📍 Miami, FloridaAbout the RoleOur client, a group of internationally recognised luxury fragrance brands, is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join their growing US team, driving online success across their portfolio. You'll take ownership of the US D2C websites, TikTok Shop, and Amazon marketplaces — combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive sales growth, optimise the customer journey, and deliver an exceptional luxury online experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day trading and commercial performance across US D2C websites, TikTok Shop, and Amazon channelsDevelop and execute e-commerce, CRM, and digital trading strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer retentionOptimise website merchandising, product listings, promotions, and customer journeys to maximise conversion and AOVManage external agencies across website development, Amazon, and TikTok performanceLead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and affiliate programmes to grow engagement and repeat purchaseMonitor stock availability, product catalogues, and marketplace performanceAnalyse channel performance and commercial metrics, providing insights to support growthCollaborate with Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance on product launches and commercial initiativesWhat We're Looking For4+ years' experience in e-commerce/marketplace management, with hands-on TikTok Shop and Amazon US experience (ideally luxury, beauty, or premium retail)Hands-on D2C website experience — trading, merchandising, content updates, CRM — ideally on Shopify PlusDemonstrable track record growing marketplace sales against gross-margin targetsExperience managing media budgets and external performance/advertising agenciesHands-on experience launching ASINs, building Amazon storefronts, and running Amazon advertisingExperience running TikTok Shop operations, affiliate programmes, and ad-driven trafficStrong reconciliation and reporting skills, with advanced ExcelWhat's on OfferThe opportunity to work with internationally recognised luxury fragrance brandsOwnership of a fast-growing US e-commerce business across multiple digital channelsClose collaboration with global E-commerce, Marketing, Brand, and Commercial teamsA dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where ideas and initiative are encouragedThe chance to shape the future of digital growth across the US marketOur client values teamwork, relationships, entrepreneurial thinking, and respect.
