Ecommerce Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business. This position is onsite in Avondale, PA fulltime and is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.This role sits at the intersection of operations, e-commerce, logistics, customer support, and systems administration. While you do not need to be an expert in every area, you should be someone who enjoys solving problems, creating structure where none exists, and figuring things out independently. If you're energized by startup environments, adaptable to changing priorities, and excited to help build processes as a company grows, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAmazon & E-Commerce SupportSupport day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations, including listings, SKU management, catalog updates, and troubleshooting backend issuesHelp maintain product information and ensure marketplace accuracyAssist with e-commerce operational processes across online sales channelsIdentify and resolve issues impacting product visibility, inventory, or order fulfillmentShipping, Returns & LogisticsCoordinate inbound and outbound shipmentsManage returns and exchanges while ensuring a positive customer experienceTrack shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate with logistics partnersHelp improve shipping and fulfillment processes as the business growsSystems & Technology SupportProvide basic support for company systems, software, and employee technology needsAssist with SharePoint organization, document management, and process documentationSupport laptop setup, account management, and general technology troubleshootingHelp implement and improve operational systems and workflowsOperations & Warehouse OrganizationAssist with inventory organization and warehouse/garage operationsCreate and maintain simple processes, documentation, and SOPsIdentify inefficiencies and implement practical solutionsSupport cross-functional operational initiatives as neededCustomer SupportRespond to customer inquiries and help resolve issues in a professional and timely mannerCoordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure strong customer outcomesIdentify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvementsRequired Qualifications2-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, customer service, systems support, or a related fieldExperience in at least one of the following areas: Amazon marketplace operationsE-commerce operations (Shopify or similar platforms)Shipping, fulfillment, and logisticsOperational systems and process supportStrong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tools quicklySelf-starter who can work independently with limited directionOrganized, detail-oriented, and highly adaptableComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working for a startup, small business, or growing e-commerce companyFamiliarity with Amazon Seller CentralExperience with Shopify or other e-commerce platformsExposure to inventory management, warehouse operations, or fulfillment processesExperience creating SOPs, workflows, or operational processesBasic knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar business systemsWho Will Be Successful in This Role?The ideal candidate is not necessarily an expert in everything listed above.
