Ecommerce Specialist

Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility across ecommerce platforms. The specialist will monitor website performance and sales metrics, analyze customer behavior, and propose data-driven improvements to drive conversions and revenue. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams to maintain accurate product information, responding to online customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of order and service issues. The role also involves supporting digital merchandising, assisting with online campaigns, and maintaining a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience across all ecommerce touchpoints.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online product catalogs, optimize listings, and support revenue growth.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, track key metrics, and recommend improvements.Candidates should possess proficiency with ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, and basic digital marketing practices (SEO, online promotions).Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and design.Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or digital sales is preferred; experience in technology or manufacturing environments is an advantage.A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
