Job DescriptionJob Title: Sr Ecommerce SpecialistDepartment: EcommerceSub-department: EcommerceReporting to: Ecommerce DirectorJob Summary:The Sr Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for managing the online store’s digital performance, ensuring an optimal shopping experience for customers, achieving sales targets, and driving growth through data-informed decisions. This role focuses on website management, commercial execution, and analytics to maximize conversion and revenue.Responsibilities and Tasks:Website Management:· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store.· Monitor and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.· Collaborate with web developers / service providers to resolve technical issues.Sales:· Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns.· Monitor analytics and KPIs such as conversion rates, cart abandonment, and bounce rates.Analytics & Reporting:· Prepare regular reports detailing traffic, sales, conversion rates, and other KPIs. (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly)
