Location: Dubai, UAEReporting to: Head of E-CommerceKey ResponsibilitiesSupport e-commerce sales and growth across the IMEA region.Coordinate with HQ and local teams on e-commerce activities, product launches, campaigns and seasonal activations.Manage and optimize digital merchandising, product content and the online customer experience.Monitor key e-commerce KPIs, including sales, conversion, customer engagement and sell-out, and identify opportunities for improvement.Support forecasting, demand planning, inventory and replenishment to ensure strong product availability.Manage product setup and catalogue accuracy across e-commerce platforms.Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HQ and local market teams to drive strong execution across the region.What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising or a related field.Experience within the beauty or cosmetics industry is preferred.Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with confidence working with data and KPIs.Good understanding of online customer journeys, digital merchandising and digital marketing.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple teams and markets.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with e-commerce, analytics or content management tools is a plus.Proactive, curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.Fluent in English and Arabic.Ready to take the next step in your e-commerce career?Join us and be part of the KIKO Milano Middle East journey as we continue to grow our digital presence across the region.
