About the Role

This is more than a marketplace management position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire e-commerce operation, from product research and sourcing to launching products, managing Amazon and Noon, supporting digital marketing and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify commercially viable products using Jungle Scout and other market analysis tools.
• Manage and optimize Amazon and Noon product listings, pricing and marketplace performance.
• Assess product demand, competition, sourcing costs, marketplace fees, margins and ROI before recommending investment.
• Manage dropshipping activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Support digital marketing, advertising, promotions and customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales, conversion rates, advertising performance and product profitability.
• Lead e-commerce projects, maintain timelines and deliverables, and prepare clear weekly and monthly management reports.What We’re Looking For:✔ Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon marketplaces.✔ Hands-on experience with Jungle Scout, product research and listing optimization.✔ Experience in dropshipping, sourcing and supplier coordination.✔ Strong knowledge of pricing, margins, ROI and marketplace advertising.✔ Excellent Excel/Google Sheets, analytical and reporting skills.✔ Ability to build an e-commerce operation from scratch and work independently.✨Performance & Commission:The role includes an attractive performance commission based primarily on profitable sales and commercial results, not turnover alone.Performance will be measured across commercial performance, product selection and profitability, marketing efficiency, and execution and reporting.Our goal is to build a sustainable e-commerce business where growth translates into real business value.✨What Success Looks Like:Within the first 90 days, you should be able to establish the operating structure, complete product research, recommend viable products, launch approved listings on Amazon and Noon, and demonstrate a measurable path toward profitable sales.Join HRM Recruitment LLC and take ownership of building something commercially valuable from the ground up!
