The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalogue management, order processing, inventory updates, and day-to-day account management across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.Manage product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, and catalogue attributes.Monitor and manage daily orders, inventory, and stock updates.Handle marketplace account operations and maintain account health.Manage product updates, listing errors, and catalogue-related issues.Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, packaging, and dispatch.Monitor returns, cancellations, customer complaints, and seller performance.Assist in marketplace promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts.Required Skills & Qualifications:Basic to good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller panels.Experience in product listing and catalogue management.Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.Understanding of marketplace policies, order processing, and inventory management.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts efficiently.
