Through the smart application of data, analytics, and independent thinking, they help businesses make better decisions and drive meaningful results.🚀 As part of exciting expansion plans, we’re looking for a Senior Econometrician with expertise in Econometrics / Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to join their high-performing team.💼 What You’ll Be Doing:As a Senior Econometrician, you'll be at the forefront of delivering advanced MMM and econometric modelling projects. From initial data exploration to presenting actionable insight, you’ll play a key role in helping clients get the most from their marketing spend.Transform complex data and model outputs into actionable insights that create real valueDeliver high-quality MMM and analytics projects across major client accountsBuild strong, consultative relationships with internal teams and external clientsWhat We’re Looking For:You’re a commercially savvy Econometrician with a passion for turning data into strategic action. You’ve worked hands-on with MMM projects and are comfortable navigating marketing/media datasets to uncover trends and efficiencies.Solid coding experience in SQL, R or PythonStrong understanding of marketing, media, and promotional strategiesDemonstrable hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modelling / Econometric ModellingA confident communicator and collaborative team playerAnalytical thinker with the ability to translate data into business impact🎁 What’s On Offer:💰 Competitive salary: £45,000 – £65,000🌴 25 days holiday + bank holidays🏡 Flexible hybrid working (2-3 days/week in office)🩺 Healthcare cash plan & Life Assurance (3x salary)📚 Training and development (internal & external support)
