Economic Acceleration Advisor - Dubai Contract: 12-month rollingSalary: up to AED 60,000/month + visa + medical insurance + annual leave (UAE labour law) Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site)Languages: English + Arabic (fluency in both required)A high-impact strategic unit in Dubai working at the centre of the emirate's economic-growth agenda is hiring an Economic Advisor to identify, validate and scope high-value economic "unlocks" and drive them from problem to solution in rapid quarterly sprints.This is a role for a top-tier strategy operator who thrives on pace, ambiguity and stakeholder-heavy problem-solving someone who can walk into a sector pain point, structure it, benchmark global best practice, design a viable solution, and secure buy-in from senior business owners to hand it over for implementation.What you'll doRun research, expert calls and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand sector-specific challengesAnalyse qualitative and quantitative data to validate pain points and scope the problemBenchmark comparable local and global solutions and best practicesDesign tailored, innovative, feasible solutions and pressure-test them with cross-functional teamsPresent recommendations and secure alignment and buy-in from senior stakeholders and business ownersFacilitate clean handover to implementing partners, supported by a PMO teamWhat we're looking forBachelor's or Master's in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration or a related disciplineMinimum 10 years in management consulting, economic policy, business analysis or a related field MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or Big Four strategy background strongly preferredProven strength in project scoping, structured problem-solving, strategic analysis and solution designStrong grasp of economic-development trends, policy benchmarking and business-improvement methodologiesExcellent communication, presentation, analytical and stakeholder-management skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environmentFluency in both English and Arabic is essentialShortlisted candidates will be contacted by Qantra.Applications without Arabic fluency and 10+ years' relevant strategy/consulting experience will not be considered.
