About The RoleSILQFi is on a mission to solve the cashflow and trade challenges that hold back businesses across Saudi Arabia. AsGrowth Lead – Ecosystem & Integrations, you extend Fina’s reach to wherevercustomers already transact — through embedded integrations (the “Fina Button”)and a strategic network of key sellers.This is a relationship- anddiscovery-driven role. You will spend your time with payment gateways, ERPs,POS providers, and key sellers — understanding their businesses, uncoveringwhere embedded finance creates value, and building the partnerships and integrationsthat unlock network effects. You will own the integration roadmap alongside theGrowth Squad and Tech Partners, and turn conversations into live,revenue-generating integrations.What You’ll Be DoingOwn the rollout of the Fina Buttonembedded integrations and the strategic Key-Seller Network.Talk to payment gateways, ERPs, POSproviders, and key sellers to understand their needs and discover whereembedded finance fits best.Build, negotiate, and close integrationpartnerships, and manage the pipeline of strategic partners from firstconversation to live deployment.Own the integration roadmap andAPI-documentation readiness together with the Growth Squad and Tech Partners.Expand the number of live integrationsacross gateways and ERPs, and grow key-seller network density.Act as the bridge between technical teamsand business partners, keeping both aligned on scope and value.What We’re Looking ForUp to 2 years of experience in ecosystemdevelopment, partnerships, technical sales, solution delivery, or businessdevelopment.A genuine customer-discovery mindset — youare comfortable interviewing partners and sellers to uncover needs andfriction.
