In this role, the counselor engages with prospective students and trainees, explains JOGO-Studio’s educational programs, and advises them on suitable courses aligned with their goals and interests. Typical responsibilities include conducting consultations, responding to inquiries, guiding applicants through enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions and admissions. The counselor collaborates with marketing and training teams to understand current offerings, supports information sessions and workshops, and provides ongoing support to students to ensure a positive learning experience and high satisfaction. The role involves regular communication via in-person meetings, video calls, email, phone, and messaging platforms to deliver clear, supportive guidance.Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to effectively counsel and guide diverse learners.Ability to explain educational programs clearly, assess learner needs, and recommend suitable learning paths.Experience in academic advising, student counseling, or customer-facing roles in education or training environments.Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.Comfort with digital tools, CRM or admissions systems, and online communication platforms used in hybrid work settings.Knowledge of or interest in marketing, digital media, or creative industries to align guidance with JOGO-Studio’s focus.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in counseling or guidance are a plus.Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
