Our mission is to support parents and children through structured, evidence-based developmental programs.Role OverviewWe are looking for an empathetic and persuasive Counsellors to connect with parents, guide them through our child development programs, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. You need to be someone who can readily engage and strike a conversation with parentsKey ResponsibilitiesConnect with parents at doctors' clinics and over the phone to explain our mental health and child development programs.3 days clinic visits to meet parents and 3 days contacting parents from homeUnderstand parental concerns and guide them toward the right program options.Facilitate the end-to-end parent onboarding and enrollment process.Requirements & Qualifications

Location: Must be based in Kolkata.Education: Any Graduate degree.

Preferably Psychology or Early Childhood DevelopmentExperience: 2+ years of experience in counselling (education or early childhood development)Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and convincing/persuasive skills.
