The center focuses on nurturing children’s potential, skills, and interests through a variety of structured learning programs. Its offerings include biMBA AIUEO, Sempoa SIP, SIP English, Small Steps Montessori, and YiQu Mandarin. Smile Learning Center provides a supportive environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally, guided by dedicated education professionals.Role Description The Education Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Karawang. This role involves planning and delivering engaging learning activities across programs such as early literacy, mathematics enrichment, English language, Montessori-based learning, and Mandarin. The Education Professional will guide and support children during lessons, monitor their progress, and adjust teaching approaches to meet individual needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance program quality. The Education Professional will also communicate with parents or guardians about student development and provide responsive customer service related to educational services.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Education and Teaching, with the ability to design and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including facilitating lessons, guiding practice, and supporting continuous learning.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Language Studies, or a related field are beneficial.Prior experience working with children in educational or tutoring settings, and familiarity with Montessori or language enrichment programs, is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to learn and adapt to Smile Learning Center’s teaching methodologies.
