This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting educational programs from planning through implementation, including scheduling sessions, organizing materials, and tracking participation and outcomes. The coordinator collaborates with educators and stakeholders to develop and refine curricula, ensure program quality, and align activities with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing program logistics, communicating with participants and partners, maintaining accurate records and reports, and assisting with evaluation and improvement efforts. The role also involves providing administrative support, monitoring timelines and budgets for assigned programs, and ensuring a welcoming, organized environment for all program activities.Qualifications Demonstrated experience with educational programs and Education, including coordinating learning activities and supporting instructional initiatives.Proficiency in Program Management, such as organizing schedules, managing logistics, and tracking program performance.Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with educators, participants, and partners in a professional setting.Knowledge of Curriculum Development, including assisting in designing, updating, and improving educational content.Bachelor’s degree in education, program management, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Comfort working on-site and collaborating with diverse teams and participant groups.Experience with basic data tracking, reporting tools, and office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) is beneficial.
