All Prints operates under ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, emphasizing quality, competitiveness, and client support.Role Description The Education Solutions Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. You'll be the bridge between schools and our education publishers, diagnosing curriculum needs, delivering teacher training, and enabling schools to implement best practices with confidence.This is a dual-mandate role: part educational advisor, part implementation partner. You'll spend time in schools understanding real challenges, and equal time training teachers on how to teach better with our solutions.If you're an educator first and a seller second, someone who gets energized by seeing teachers transform their practice, this is the role for you.What You'll DoPre-Sales & DiscoveryConduct school visits to understand curriculum gaps, teacher capacity, and institutional prioritiesAssess alignment between school goals and our publisher offerings.Present curriculum frameworks, assessment tools, and instructional strategies to school leaders and coordinatorsDevelop bespoke proposals that solve real pedagogical problems, not just move inventorySupport the sales team on school visitsPost-Sales & ImplementationDesign and deliver teacher training workshops on curriculum implementation, assessment, and instructional strategiesConduct in-class demonstrations and coaching with homeroom teachers, ELA/STEM specialistsSupport first-year adoption, troubleshoot implementation friction, and build teacher confidenceMaintain long-term relationships with schools; identify expansion opportunities and retention risksGather feedback from teachers and school leaders; report market intelligence back to leadershipProduct & Market KnowledgeDevelop fluency across our publisher portfolio and how each aligns to CCSS, NGSS, and UAE curriculaStay current on trends in international education, curriculum design, and professional developmentSupport development of marketing collateral and case studies from school implementationsRepresent All Prints at education conferences, exhibitions, and professional networks (as needed)Account ContinuityOwn relationships with a large number of active schools.Participate in quarterly business reviews with school leaders.Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving school needs.Main RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in education (Master's degree is an advantage)5+ years of experience in education, teaching, curriculum development, or professional developmentUAE teaching experience required; preferably homeroom teacher or ELA specialist at elementary or middle school levelExpertise & KnowledgeStrong understanding of teaching and learning practices, curriculum design, assessment, and instructional strategiesStrong knowledge of international curricula and educational standards including CCSS and NGSSExperience with educational technology and digital learning solutionsProven ability to conduct school visits, understand client needs, and provide appropriate educational solutionsProfessional SkillsExperience delivering teacher training, demonstrations, presentations, and professional development workshopsStrong presentation skills with the ability to engage different audiences (teachers, coordinators, principals, senior leadership)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational and project-management skillsComfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a teamFluency in English is essentialWe Are Looking For Someone WhoMindset & ApproachIs passionate about education and improving student outcomesBuilds strong, long-term relationships with schools and educatorsIs proactive, adaptable, versatile, and solution-orientedCan manage both the academic and sales aspects of the roleIs confident communicating with teachers, coordinators, principals, and senior school leadershipProfessional ProfileIs comfortable presenting in front of large groupsHas a UAE driving licenceIs willing to travel within the UAE and regionallyPreferably male
