They provide a full roadmap across academics, extracurriculars and admissions, helping families navigate entry into top universities such as Ivy League and Oxbridge institutions. The Middle East team is scaling and looking to strengthen its advisory sales function.What’s in it for you?• AED 13,000 to 15,000 monthly base salary depending on experience• Uncapped commission with strong performers earning 30K to 40K+ per month• Average deal sizes of 20,000 USD with packages ranging significantly higher• Clear progression into Sales Manager and country level leadership roles• A consultative, high trust sales environment selling a premium service• Flexible culture with strong ownership and autonomyWhat will you be doing?• Running 30 to 40 consultative meetings per month with families across the UAE and GCC• Managing multi meeting sales cycles typically lasting 2 to 4 weeks• Understanding student profiles and recommending tailored premium packages• Confidently justifying high value pricing to commercially sharp parents• Building strong long term relationships with high net worth families• Working closely with internal strategist and mentoring teamsWhat do you need?• Experience in consultative sales with exposure to high value deals• Confidence managing affluent or high net worth clients• Strong communication and objection handling skills• Comfort with flexible working hours including some evenings• A performance driven mindset and desire to earn well above base salary• Education or admissions exposure is a bonus but not essentialDon’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date.
