Educational Associate

Location: DubaiDataFlow is looking for an ambitious and energetic individual responsible for the Equivalence Services within DataFlow.

The individual will foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure DataFlow’s Equivalence services are delivered effectively, efficiently and to global standards.DataFlow offers a flexible and collaborative working environment with a multi-national multi-cultural team spread across the globe. The role will be working closely with all key stakeholders internally and externally and would be a high visibility role.

Job Description

The primary focus of this position is to perform education/ vocational and credential evaluations and associated functions for applicants who hold international certificates.Duties and responsibilities:Review application along with supporting applicant documents and ensures completeness and authenticity of credentials/recordsProactively follow-up on missing information or other information necessary to complete evaluations on a timely basisUnderstand foreign grading scales and articulates transfer credits to UAE creditsPrepare accurate assessments of educational and vocational documents in terms of their equivalency to the UAE education system, using UAE rules and regulations.Conduct research for respective countries within the desired turnaround time to support high quality evaluations of qualification credentialsDetermine accreditation of institutions and programmesMaintain and improve service delivery quality standardsCollaborate with all stakeholders within the Operations team to ensure quality execution of upstream and downstream processesManage relationships with vendors / partners for delivery of services or required inputs for the servicesSupervision ResponsibilitiesExpected to act with minimum supervision and to deliver to schedule and scopeDirect supervision provided by xxxxx Skills:Collaborative problem solvingInternal and External Stakeholder ManagementExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsTrack record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promisesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation and Experience Requirements:University degree or aboveExperience in foreign education evaluation and operations is a mustExcellent communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectivelyDemonstrated level of professionalism and positive attitudeWilling to work extended hours when required to meet proposal deadlines.Strong written and oral communications skills and problem-solving skills.Proactive, able to work independently under pressure, with time-
