SPRIX Gulf collaborates with schools, educators, and families to implement effective educational practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Role DescriptionThe Educational Consultant role at SPRIX Gulf is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The consultant will work closely with schools, educators, learners, and guardians to assess educational needs, recommend appropriate programs, and support the implementation of SPRIX services and solutions.Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, delivering engaging presentations and workshops, providing guidance on curriculum and learning strategies, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and measurable progress. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine educational offerings, documenting consultation outcomes, analyzing educational and assessment data, and contributing actionable insights to continuously improve educational services and learner experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct educational consultations with schools, educators, learners, and parents.Assess educational needs and recommend appropriate SPRIX programs and solutions.Deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and professional training sessions.Support the successful implementation of SPRIX educational services.Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools and educational partners.Analyze student assessment data and prepare reports with practical recommendations.Monitor customer satisfaction and implementation progress.Collaborate with headquarters and internal teams to improve products and services.Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and client records.Represent SPRIX Gulf at educational events and conferences.Travel within Saudi Arabia as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field.Relevant experience in educational consulting, teaching, curriculum development, EdTech, or educational program coordination.Strong expertise in educational consulting, curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and learner development.Excellent consulting skills, including needs analysis and solution design.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Required SkillsExceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to interpret educational and assessment data and provide actionable recommendations.Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and modern educational technologies.Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to adapt services to diverse educational environments.Ability to manage multiple client engagements while maintaining high-quality documentation and reporting.Passion for education and improving student learning outcomes.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Visa sponsorship and relocation support.Medical insurance.Annual paid leave and annual flight ticket.Professional development and continuous learning opportunities.The opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of Japan's leading education companies in the Middle East.
