The role involves understanding students’ academic backgrounds, interests, goals, and preferences, then recommending suitable educational pathways, programs, institutions, and application strategies.You will conduct consultations, assess student needs, explain admission requirements and application processes, support program selection, and provide clear guidance on timelines and required documentation. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with students and families, coordinating with educational institutions when necessary, and ensuring a professional and supportive service experience.The Education Consultant will contribute to student success by providing accurate information, practical recommendations, and individualized guidance. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals are essential.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of education systems, academic programs, admissions processes, and student decision-making.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.Ability to understand individual student needs and provide appropriate, personalized recommendations.Strong counseling, listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.Ability to explain complex educational information clearly to students and families.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing application requirements and deadlines.Ability to manage multiple students, applications, and priorities effectively.Professional, patient, responsible, and student-centered approach.Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, institutions, and internal teams.Strong research skills and willingness to stay informed about education trends, programs, and admission requirements.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.Familiarity with CRM systems, student management platforms, or education-related digital tools is an advantage.Multilingual communication skills or knowledge of international education systems is a plus.
