The mission is to ensure every student has a seamless, enriching, and successful study abroad experience.Role Description The Educational Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. The consultant will advise students on suitable study abroad destinations, programs, and universities based on their academic background, interests, and career goals. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, supporting students through application and documentation processes, and coordinating with international institutions and partners as needed. The role involves delivering presentations and workshops, responding to student and family inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The consultant will also contribute to improving service processes, staying current with global education trends, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a high-quality student experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution-oriented advising, and the ability to guide students through complex decisions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain requirements clearly to students and families.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism in all student interactions.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.Experience in academic advising, student counseling, or international education services is highly beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.Proficiency in using office productivity tools and basic CRM or student management systems is an advantage.
