We've lived the study abroad journey ourselves, and we're building a team that has too.About the RoleWe're looking for a full-time, on-site Educational Consultant in Kuwait City to guide students and families through every step of their study abroad journey, from choosing the right path to settling in at university.Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with students and families to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs, universities, and destinations
• Guide students through application, admission, and placement processes
• Review academic records and help prepare and edit application materials
• Advise on timelines, requirements, and documentation
• Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing support throughout the student's journey
• Collaborate with the internal team and international university partners
• Contribute to workshops, information sessions, and outreach activitiesRequirements
• Graduate of a scholarship program (ابتعاث) from a university in the UK, US, Australia, or New Zealand
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Excellent communication skills, with a genuine care for students and families
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree required; Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field preferredNice to Have
• Experience in international admissions, academic advising, or student services
• Advanced degree
