Educational Consultant (MENA)

MENA Education Consultant (BOOKR Class)Own BOOKR's commercial footprint across the MENA region, with Dubai as your base, by driving direct sales to schools and institutions and building a high-performing distributor network. You'll report to the Regional Head of Sales, run the regional funnel in HubSpot, and hit ARR/adoption targets for the territory.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect selling — Identify, qualify, and close new business with private and international schools (British, American, IB, Indian and other curricula), nurseries, language centres, and corporate buyers; deliver on-site/virtual demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.Pipeline & reporting — Keep clean deal/contact/activity data in HubSpot; deliver weekly forecasts and KPI snapshots to the Head of Sales.Partner enablement — Train distributors' and resellers' sales teams on value, demo flow, and objection handling; monitor joint business plans and co-marketing funds.Market intelligence — Track competitive moves, pricing, and curriculum/regulatory changes across MENA, including UAE federal (MoE) and emirate-level regulators (KHDA, ADEK, SPEA); feed insights to Product and GTM.Preferred Skills & Qualifications3+ years quota-carrying success in EdTech or SaaS in the UAE or wider MENA region, covering both direct enterprise deals and channel sales.Fluent English; professional Arabic strongly preferred. Confident presenting to school principals, school group leadership, regulator contacts, and reseller executives.Established network across GCC school groups and education distributors is a strong plus.Hands-on HubSpot user; comfortable with Excel/Sheets.Familiarity with popular outreach/automation tools is a plus.Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Education, or related field.Location: Dubai, UAE (travel across the GCC and wider MENA as needed)Company: BOOKR is an industry-leading publisher of interactive, reading-based edutainment tools that help children build native and second-language skills.
