WE’RE HIRING | EDUCATION COUNSELLOR📍 Work Mode: Remote💼 Job Type: Full-Time⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM📅 Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to guide students/professionals toward the right educational programs.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Counsel prospective students and understand their educational requirements• Explain courses, programs, fees, and career opportunities• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp• Convert qualified leads into enrollments• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status• Achieve assigned counselling and enrollment targets• Build strong relationships with prospective students🔹 Requirements:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong convincing and counselling abilities• Sales/counselling experience will be an advantage• Candidates from Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Psychology, or related backgrounds are preferred• Comfortable working with targets• Immediate joiners are highly preferred🔹 OJT Period:📌 13–15 Days OJT PeriodDuring the OJT period, candidates will receive practical training and hands-on exposure to the counselling and sales process.
