This role focuses on designing and implementing performance strategies that improve learner outcomes across Ascendia’s tutoring, study-abroad, and digital skills programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing student performance data, identifying learning gaps, and creating targeted intervention plans in collaboration with tutors and program leads. The strategist will develop curricula enhancements, performance dashboards, and progress tracking frameworks, while supporting the alignment of academic coaching, admissions guidance, and skills training to measurable goals. The role also involves conducting workshops, mentoring learners on study and performance strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-impact delivery of Ascendia’s educational services.Qualifications Strong background in education, learning design, or academic coaching, with experience in performance analysis and strategy development.Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including educational data analysis, progress tracking, and reporting tools.Knowledge of international examinations (e.g., SAT, A-LEVELS, IGCSE, ACT) and familiarity with study-abroad admissions processes and criteria.Comfort with digital literacy domains, such as basic understanding of AI, Data Analytics, Software Development concepts, and modern educational technology tools.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with tutors, advisors, learners, and guardians.Demonstrated ability to design or refine curricula, learning pathways, and performance improvement plans for diverse learner profiles.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Experience working in international or multicultural educational settings and a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and learner-centered approaches.
