Our educational approach combines academic excellence with a strong focus on values, innovation and global mindset, preparing our students to thrive in an ever-changing world.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students' academic, emotional and social development, working closely with teachers, families and school leadership to ensure every student receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychoeducational assessments and contribute to the identification of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional learning needs.Develop, implement and monitor personalised intervention and support plans.Provide guidance and counselling to students to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive mental health.Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive classroom strategies and differentiated support measures.Advise and support families regarding students' learning, development and wellbeing.Monitor student progress and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives across the school.Design and deliver programmes focused on emotional wellbeing, social-emotional learning and mental health awareness.Work collaboratively with external professionals and agencies when required.RequirementsDegree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, Psychopedagogy or a related field.Specialisation in Educational Psychology, Educational Guidance, Special Educational Needs (SEN) or related areas.Previous experience in a similar role within a school environment.High level of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently in an international school environment.Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilitiesStrong knowledge of:Psychoeducational assessmentStudent wellbeing and mental healthInclusive education and diversity support measuresSEN provision and intervention programmesEducational guidance and counsellingSocial-emotional development and wellbeing initiatives Ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student-centred education.
