Educational Technology Specialist (EdTech Specialist)Job OverviewAl-Andalus Foundation is seeking an Educational Technology Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of digital education systems and educational technologies across the Foundation and its branches, support teachers and users, and improve the use of digital platforms and tools in the educational process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and educational technologies.Support teachers and staff in using digital educational platforms and tools.Train users and prepare manuals and instructional materials.Evaluate new educational tools and platforms and provide recommendations regarding them.Support the development of digital educational content and activities.Oversee the integration of educational systems and platforms with other systems.Analyze data on the use of learning platforms and prepare reports and dashboards.Contribute to digital transformation projects and the application of artificial intelligence in education.Coordinate with service providers and educational platform vendors and monitor the implementation of projects and updates.Monitor the quality and effectiveness of educational technology use across branches.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Digital Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3–5 years** of experience in educational technology, e-learning, or digital learning platforms.Hands-on experience managing or operating LMS systems.Experience training and empowering teachers and users on educational technologies.Good knowledge of digital education tools, blended learning, and virtual classrooms.Ability to analyze usage data and prepare reports.Fluency in Arabic and English.The following are preferredExperience with platforms such as **Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Microsoft Teams for Education**, or similar.Experience in Instructional Design or the development of digital educational content.Experience with Learning Analytics or artificial intelligence applications in education.Previous experience in multi-campus educational institutions.Professional certifications in educational technology or e-learning.أخصائي تقنيات التعليمنبذة عن الوظيفةتبحث مؤسسة الأندلس عن أخصائي تقنيات التعليم للمساهمة في تطوير وتفعيل منظومة التعليم الرقمي والتقنيات التعليمية على مستوى المؤسسة وفروعها، ودعم المعلمين والمستخدمين، وتحسين الاستفادة من المنصات والأدوات الرقمية في العملية التعليمية.المسؤوليات الرئيسية* إدارة ومتابعة منصات وأنظمة التعليم الإلكتروني (LMS) والتقنيات التعليمية.* دعم المعلمين والموظفين في استخدام المنصات والأدوات التعليمية الرقمية.* تدريب المستخدمين وإعداد الأدلة والمواد الإرشادية.* تقييم الأدوات والمنصات التعليمية الجديدة ورفع التوصيات بشأنها.* دعم تطوير المحتوى والأنشطة التعليمية الرقمية.* متابعة تكامل الأنظمة والمنصات التعليمية مع الأنظمة الأخرى.* تحليل بيانات استخدام منصات التعليم وإعداد التقارير ولوحات المتابعة.* المساهمة في مشاريع التحول الرقمي وتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم.* التنسيق مع مزودي الخدمات والمنصات التعليمية ومتابعة تنفيذ المشاريع والتحديثات.* متابعة جودة وفاعلية استخدام التقنيات التعليمية في الفروع.المؤهلات والخبرات* بكالوريوس في **تقنيات التعليم، تكنولوجيا التعليم، التعليم الرقمي، تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات** أو تخصص ذي صلة.* خبرة **3–5 سنوات** في تقنيات التعليم أو التعليم الإلكتروني أو منصات التعلم الرقمي.* خبرة عملية في إدارة أو تشغيل أنظمة **LMS**.* خبرة في تدريب وتمكين المعلمين والمستخدمين على التقنيات التعليمية.* معرفة جيدة بأدوات التعليم الرقمي والتعلم المدمج والفصول الافتراضية.* القدرة على تحليل بيانات الاستخدام وإعداد التقارير.* إجادة العربية والإنجليزية. يفضل توفر الآتي* خبرة في منصات مثل **Moodle، Canvas، Blackboard، Microsoft Teams for Education** أو ما يماثلها.* خبرة في **Instructional Design** أو تطوير المحتوى التعليمي الرقمي.* خبرة في **Learning Analytics** أو تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم.* خبرة سابقة في المؤسسات التعليمية متعددة الفروع.* شهادات مهنية في تقنيات التعليم أو التعليم الإلكتروني.
