This role focuses on engaging members in-store, explaining nutrition programs, and guiding them through products and services that support their wellness goals. Day-to-day tasks include delivering educational conversations and mini-sessions, assisting members with plan selection and adjustments, and ensuring a welcoming, organized retail environment. The educator will track member progress, provide encouragement and accountability, and collaborate with the team to improve the overall member experience. Additional responsibilities include handling basic sales transactions, responding to member questions, supporting events or workshops, and maintaining clear communication with leadership about member needs and feedback.Qualifications Strong Education and Teaching skills to effectively communicate wellness concepts and program details to diverse member audiences.Experience with Lesson Planning and Training to structure member sessions, in-store workshops, and staff education activities.Excellent Communication skills to build rapport, explain complex information clearly, and provide supportive coaching in a retail environment.Background or interest in nutrition, wellness, or health coaching is highly beneficial.Customer service or retail experience, with the ability to manage point-of-sale activities and support daily store operations.Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a clean, efficient space and track member progress accurately.Comfort working on-site, standing for extended periods, and interacting with members throughout the day.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education, nutrition, or health-related fields is a plus.
