EFL Instructor (Saudi Only)

Mandatory: IELTS Score of 6 and above + CELTA Certified. To teach academic English language classes or other Key Skills programs e.g employability/health & safety.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a related field i.e. TESOL, TEFL, or Education Recognized teaching certificate i.e. CELTA IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (Bilingual only) 3 years in a teaching role, preferably in a vocational or higher education institution Experience in a technical context desirableFunctional Duties:Teaching English language curriculum to SPSP traineesWorking with other team members to prepare resources for the foundation program including, but not limited to, revision materials, test question banks, or other remedial resourcesMonitoring student progress and analyzing test results to address weak areasConducting remedial and/or make-up lessonsSubstituting other faculty members in cases of absenceFollowing and encouraging trainees to follow SPSP rules and regulationsPreparing and implementing lesson plans and following prescribed pacing schedules for the curriculumAttending team meetings as requiredExcellent interpersonal communication skillsWilling to help others and to meet staff and student needs and is ready to follow directionsInitiative: Seeks to learn and recognize work procedures and policies and know how to locate informationReliability and independenceUtilizes and collaborates with SPSP departments e.g. operations, support services, student affairs.
