Whether you are starting your career or planning your next move, Interplex offers opportunities to innovate, improve, and create a positive impact while learning new skills and sharing your knowledge within a purpose-driven, sustainable business.PRIVACY POLICYBy applying to this job posting, you agree with and acknowledge our privacy policy.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and monitor the implementation of environmental, health, and safety regulations within the company based on current regulations, internal regulations of the company and the owner.Prepare and submit reports related to safety, health, and the environment as required by law.Update legal documents on safety, health, and the environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with the law and relevant standards.Maintain records and liaise on safety, health, and environmental issues with government agencies, customers, and internal company departments when required.Support and guide employees and other departments on issues related to safety, health, and the environment.Perform other tasks as requested by management.Safety:Develop and implement safety procedures.Identify hazards and assess risks for each area and task and propose control measures.Create a training, supervision, and reminder plan to ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and rules, and coordinate with other departments for fire prevention and fighting training.Investigate, document, and report safety incidents.Manage records and equipment related to fire prevention and fighting, PPE, Electricity programs.Handle registration and periodic inspection of machinery and equipment as required by law.Plan and organize safety training courses (internal and external) for company employees in accordance with legal requirements.Environment:Manage and complete environmental documentation in the company in accordance with legal regulations.Supervise the monitoring and measurement of environmental and workplace conditions within the company.ESG:Offer ideas for sustainability program of Corporate so that obtaining goal on energy savings, GHG, water usage and waste reduction and do reporting ESG activities to management and Corp.Other report & duties follow Manager’s assignment.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducational Qualification: University graduation.Experience in years: From 5 years experiences.Related Industry Experience: Manufacturing, Plastic molding; Chemical, Medical, Safety.Training: Participate training course on labor hygiene and safety for Group 2.Language: Good at English (Chinese is an advantage).Competencies: Risk identification and assessment.Evaluate, analyze, investigate, and report incidents.Good at training, communication and, problem solving.
