Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole Description The eLearning Developer will design, build, and maintain online learning modules that translate Ciampitti Lab’s research and expertise into engaging, user-friendly educational experiences. In this part-time remote role, the individual will collaborate with researchers and subject matter experts to structure content, develop interactive activities, and ensure alignment with learning objectives. Typical day-to-day tasks include creating digital course materials, configuring and testing content in learning management systems, and packaging courses using relevant standards such as SCORM. The role also involves iterating on existing modules based on feedback, tracking learner performance data, and helping improve the overall online learning experience for diverse audiences.QualificationsProficiency in e-learning development tools and workflows, including experience with E-Learning Development and SCORM-compliant content.Strong Instructional Design capabilities, with the ability to define learning objectives, structure content, and create assessments that support learner outcomes.Knowledge of Learning Management systems and Learning Management processes, including course setup, enrollment, tracking, and reporting.Background in Training & Development, with experience translating complex information into clear, accessible learning materials.Strong written communication skills and attention to detail for creating clear instructions, documentation, and learner guidance.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually with a multidisciplinary team.Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., basic video editing, graphics, or interactive media) is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
