eLearning Instructional Designer

Are you passionate about eLearning, instructional design and creating engaging digital learning experiences?We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer / Instructional Systems Designer who can transform complex subject-matter content into clear, engaging and effective learning solutions.An active Secret-level security clearance is required for this position.What You’ll Work On:Design and develop engaging eLearning courses and digital learning experiences.Work closely with SMEs, clients and stakeholders to understand training needs.Conduct learning and training needs analysis and define clear learning objectives.Create course structures, storyboards, lesson flows and assessments.Develop interactive learning content using modern eLearning authoring tools.Create SCORM-compliant learning materials for LMS platforms.Develop pre-assessments, formative and summative assessments.Review learner feedback and continuously improve course content.Support virtual and classroom-based training, workshops and professional development activities.Research emerging learning technologies and instructional design methodologies.Maintain quality, documentation and consistency across learning projects.What You Bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training Development, Educational Psychology or a related field.3+ years of eLearning development experience within the last 5 years.Strong hands-on experience with Instructional Design and eLearning development.Experience with eLearning authoring tools and SCORM.Experience developing content in LMS platforms such as Moodle or equivalent.Strong skills in storyboarding, course design and assessment development.Excellent communication skills with SMEs, clients and stakeholders.Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 eLearning projects is required.Key SkillsInstructional Design | eLearning Development | SCORM | LMS | Moodle | Storyboarding | Learning Assessment | Training Needs Analysis | Digital Learning
