programs.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Election Services Manager to lead the planning, coordination, administration, and continuous improvement of election services and operational programs.The successful candidate will oversee election service delivery across planning, voter services, candidate and stakeholder support, polling operations, election materials, technology, logistics, compliance, communications, accessibility, and post-election activities.The role requires strong operational leadership, attention to detail, impartiality, confidentiality, risk management, and the ability to coordinate complex activities involving multiple stakeholders and time-critical deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement election services strategies, policies, procedures, standards, and operational plans.Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of election service programs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational requirements.Coordinate voter registration, voter information, polling services, candidate services, election inquiries, and related public-facing processes.Develop election calendars, operational schedules, milestones, resource plans, and readiness requirements.Coordinate polling locations, voting facilities, equipment, supplies, staffing, accessibility arrangements, and operational logistics.Manage election service teams, temporary staff, contractors, volunteers, and external service providers.Develop training programs and operational guidance for election personnel and frontline service teams.Establish clear procedures for voter assistance, identity verification, ballot handling, polling operations, and service escalation.Ensure election services are accessible, inclusive, impartial, and responsive to the needs of eligible voters.Coordinate accessibility requirements for voters with disabilities, elderly voters, and other groups requiring additional assistance.Manage election materials, forms, supplies, secure records, equipment, and inventory throughout the election lifecycle.Coordinate the secure distribution, collection, storage, and reconciliation of election materials.Work closely with technology teams to support voter-registration systems, election-management platforms, digital services, reporting systems, and operational tools.Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, implementation, and election-readiness exercises.Monitor election technology performance and coordinate the resolution of operational or technical issues.Establish procedures for data accuracy, records management, privacy, confidentiality, and information security.Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure election activities meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.Monitor regulatory and procedural changes that may affect election administration and service delivery.Coordinate with government agencies, municipalities, public institutions, candidates, political organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders as appropriate.Manage public inquiries, complaints, service requests, escalations, and election-related information.Support the development of clear voter information, FAQs, instructions, notices, and service communications.Coordinate election communications with public affairs, communications, digital, and community engagement teams.Maintain accurate election-service records, operational documentation, issue logs, approvals, and decision records.Develop contingency plans for operational disruptions, technology failures, facility issues, staffing shortages, security incidents, severe weather, and other election risks.Conduct election readiness assessments, operational exercises, simulations, and preparedness reviews.Monitor election-day operations and coordinate rapid resolution of operational issues and service disruptions.Establish escalation procedures for incidents that may affect voter access, service continuity, security, or operational integrity.Coordinate post-election activities including reconciliation, records management, reporting, debriefs, and lessons learned.Conduct operational reviews and identify opportunities to improve election processes, service quality, accessibility, efficiency, and resilience.Manage election-service budgets, procurement requirements, contracts, vendors, and operational expenditures.Establish and monitor service-level agreements and performance expectations for external providers.Maintain dashboards and management reports covering election readiness, service performance, risks, incidents, resources, and operational milestones.Ensure election-related information is handled with appropriate confidentiality, neutrality, security, and professional integrity.Promote a culture of impartiality, accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and public trust.Key Performance CandidateThe successful candidate should have strong experience in election administration, public-sector operations, government services, civic programs, regulatory operations, public administration, or complex service delivery environments.The candidate should demonstrate:Strong understanding of election administration and public-service delivery principles.Experience managing complex,
