The brand aims to inspire culinary innovation and deliver purposeful, passionate flavor experiences to customers worldwide.Role Description The Electrical Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at Señor Pepe’s Mexican Foods Factory LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across the production facility, including motors, control panels, conveyors, packaging lines, and safety systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnostic checks to minimize downtime, ensure safe operation, and maintain compliance with relevant electrical and food manufacturing standards. The role also involves responding to equipment breakdowns, documenting maintenance activities, coordinating with production and quality teams, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. The technician will support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company policies.Qualifications Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of motors, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and wiring.Experience with electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or food processing environment, including production lines, packaging machinery, and related equipment.Understanding of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.Relevant technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a closely related field.Basic familiarity with mechanical systems and utilities (e.g., pumps, compressors, HVAC) is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production setting.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams.Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industries is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and to follow shift schedules as required.
